Shopping & Delivery

If you want to buy any product, you only need to place an order directly through our online store. Our company accepts bank transfer, FPS, and cash payment in store.

Pickup method

Online shopping customers can choose to pick up at the store or SF Express cash on delivery, free shipping over $1500.

  1. SF express – cash on delivery (charged by weight, HK$34up per kg, free shipping for orders of HK$1,500 or above)
  2. Self pick up at our store

Order Processing

  1. Upon payment confirmation, ready stock items purchased will be couriered within 2-3 business days from Hong Kong. Please allow for up to 5~7 business days for your order to arrive after it is shipped. 
  2. Pre-orders’ delivery lead times are approximately around 2~4 months (an estimate only and subject to stock availability).
  3. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays (in Hong Kong). Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or working day. 
  4. Orders will be delivered to area covered by our courier service provider within Hong Kong only. PO box addresses are not accepted.
  5. Please take note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please call and arrange with the assigned courier service provider and provide your tracking number to arrange for a re-delivery.
  6. If after 2nd failed delivery attempt, the shipment will be returned to Oshadhi Hong Kong. Re-delivery charge will be at the expense of the customer.
  7. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect order(s) that have been accepted.

Return and Refund

  1. Products sold are not refundable.
  2. Oshadhi Hong Kong reserves the rights to review each return or refund issue on a case-by-case basis. Eligible conditions for the consideration of return or refund include damaged or incorrect shipment only.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Application for return or refund must be reported to us for consideration within 3 days from the date of goods delivery (with proof of damage or incorrect shipment, e.g. photos). 
  5. All products must be returned unopened and in its original packing. If seal of the product is opened or broken are considered sold and cannot be accepted for return. 
  6. Oshadhi Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the above conditions without prior notice.
